Magnetron linear
The Linear Magnetron, which is manufactured by Angstrom Sciences, has a standard operation at extremely low pressure and high power, which provides its user with the balance of uniformity, utilization and rate in any application. The unit incorporate the fully-encapsulated patented profiled NdFeB rare earth magnets and turbulent water flow to provide unparalleled performance. Linear cathodes are available in a full range of target widths from 1.5" to 16" and lengths up to 12 feet.
