TVS diode / SMD - 400 W | SMAJ series
The SMAJ series are surface mounted TVS diodes that are constructed to fully optimize board space. They are integrated with a strain relief feature and provides a good clamping ability. These diodes are capable of emitting an infrared light of less than 1 mA above 10 Volts. The junction on the diodes is covered through glass passivation. They perform repeatability cycles of up to 0.01% and contain no halogen substances.
