TVS diode / axial leaded / power - 15 000 W | 15KPA series
The 15KPA Series Axial Leaded Transient Suppression Diode which is manufactured by Littelfuse, is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. It has a fast response time, which is less than 1.0 ps from 0 Volts to BV min. The unit is made of tin and Lead-free plated. TVS devices are ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom, computer, industrial and consumer electronic applications. Some of its other features include excellent clamping capability, and low incremental surge resistance.
