The SP1005 series is a a TVS diode array that is integrated with back-to-back Zener diodes that are constructed in proprietary silicon avalanche technology that protects electronic equipment experiencing damaging electrostatic discharges. Characterized by their durable design, these diodes are able safely take in successive electrostatic discharges more than the paramount level stated in the IEC61000-4-2 international regulations.
