TVS diode array - 0.5 pF | SP3012 series
TVS Diode Array from the SP3012 series conforms to AEC-Q101 standards and can be used within automotive applications. Ultimate protection for electrical equipments delivered through different channels (3, 4, or 6 channels) of ultra-low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes and the zener diode. The threat of destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD) is eliminated in this way. The device is so strong, it can handle repetitive ESDs, even surpass the levels mentioned in IEC61000-4-2 international standard and still maintain quality of performance. The arrays are perfect for protecting high-speed signal lines like USB3.0, HDMI, USB2.0, and eSATA, thanks to their low loading capacitance. The users can choose from different compact form factors like uDFN-6 (SP3012-03UTG), uDFN-10 (SP3012-04UTG), uDFN-14 (SP3012-06UTG) or SOT23-6 (SP3012-04HTG) for ultimate layout flexibility.
