There are three quality levels of HiRel power Shottkys namely TX, TXV, S and QPLs. Their configurations are Single, Common Cathode, Common Anode, and Doubler in the voltaic range of 30V to 150V. This product complies with the industrial standards of SMD-1, SMD-0.5, TO-257, TO-254, TO-259 and TO-258.
