The BAT15-02LRH Schottky diode is lead-free and thus complies with RoHS regulations. It is a low barrier, low noise producing diode for DBS mixer applications up to 12GHz, phase detectors and modulators.
It is ideally used in wireless communications, satellite receivers and base stations.
