RHRP15120 is an incredibly fast diode with soft recovery properties (trr<65ns). It can perform in half of the recovery time of ultrafast diodes with its silicon nitride passivated, ion-implanted, epitaxial planar structure.It is best used as a freewheeling, clamping diode and rectifier in different types of switching power supplies and other power switching devices. It is also useful for lessening electrical noise in a variety of power switching circuits because of its minimally-stored charge and ultra-fast soft recovery.
