DC/DC step-down converter controller
This is a newly designed devices that is able to meet the customers expectations as well as suit the needs of the modern and challenging applications. With an input voltage that ranges from 4.5V to 40V, this device has a very wide area of application. It has an adjustable switching frequency of 1000kHz to 1MHz with a plus or minus ten percent 1MHz accuracy. The device has an output capability of upto 25A as well as an adaptive internal digital soft-start. It also has an adjustable temperature-compensated threshold and cycle by cycle valley-mode current. The voltage reference is puls or minus 1% accurate.
