The TEL983x is a single chip unit that works as an 8-bit microcontroller that works from the XC800 family with plenty of application controls in mind. This uses many communication modules and uses Smart-Power technology to manage its energy. The unit works with flash memory from 36 to 64 kB and can link to pin-compatible devices. This is especially made to work with LIN-slave units where small packages and smaller numbers of outside components are required to make a setup work.
