This one of a kind device was specially invented with the most advanced CMOS Technology. This was specially produced in order to achieve the ultra high speed with high output and the same time, maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad VCC operating range. This highly durable and reliable device can operate over 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operating range. The input tolerate voltages of this remarkable device is up to 6V independed of VCC operating voltage.
