BGA heat sink
The BGA heat sinks manufactured by TE are specially designed with an exclusive clip that attaches to the BGA. The structure enables mounting that is rapid, clean and replaceable. The CoolSnap method allows the clip to attach without increasing the height on the heat sink. These heat sinks are available in a wide range of sizes for thermal management in low power applications.
