The screened version of tool-free switchable, field-terminable Field-Terminable Connector RJ45 CAT.5e FM45. Its mainly used in industrial applications in solid and stranded conductors. Offering 8-pin connection, the device offers tension and vibration resistant performance and can be re-switched. The connecting block on the device is capable of accommodating both screened and unscreened cable of 8 mm diameter. Though the device works on AWG 23 - 26, it works on certain conditions only with AWG 22. The DC/piercing terminal is built according to 60352-4.
