The RCC Rail Cable Carrier is suitable for extremely long travel lengths, providing 500 m and more without sagging.The carrier is designed for rolling instead of gliding, which is proven to create less friction.
When friction is too great, it becomes nearly impossible to acheive travel lengths greater than 200 m. The RCC rail cable carrier is specifically designed so the upper trough does not glide on the bottom trough, creating friction; instead it rolls on guide rails utilizing rollers mounted on ball bearings.
The guide rails are built for standard connection height and the carrier is guaranteed not to sag, tension and thrust an incredible 90% less compared to gliding carriers.
