PTC type thermistor - -55 °C ... +190 °C | PTC-MH
The PTC-MH are PTC hermistors built with a metal sleeve. The thermistors can be used in several applications due to the wide variety of available sleeve sizes.The heat conduction of the metal sleeve ensures suitable thermal contact to the measuring point. This configuration is applicable for IECEx and ATEXcertified thermistors.
The thermistor pill is linked either by soldering processes, or as a wired component through crimping. The crimping positions are separated from each other, and the sensor from the sleeve.
The sensor is applied in a secured metal sleeve made of brass or stainless steel, with the help of thermal grease. The unit is available from diameters of 5mm or 6mm, with various lengths. Various hose assemblies or Teflon single wire with several wire cross sections are also available.
