Testi 103 is a folding thermometer that is designed to assess food temperatures at any given time during processing, storage, industrial, food retail, gastronomy, supermarket chains and wholesale areas. The initial calculation from a fold out angle is 30 degrees and is therefore extremely flexibly. The probe can conveniently be tucked away after measurements and stored safely for the next measurement in the small pockets such as trousers. The Testo 103 folding thermometer is complaint with EN 13485 and HACCP.
