VYMPEL Ltd. The Interference dew-points analyzer “CONG-Prima-10” is designed to measure the dew point temperature of the water and hydrocarbon in natural gas, air and other gaseous media. It uses a chilled mirror technique to carry out dew point measurements. The analyzer measures moisture and hydrocarbons in natural gas and air. It is ideal to use in the oil, gas and chemical industry. It can also be used in metallurgy, power, instrument construction and other branches of the nationwide economy for technology and quality assurance processes by consideration of moisture and hydrocarbon dew points. It is specifically designed for the separate analysis of the sensitive elements and condensed liquid on the analyzer mirror (water and hydrocarbon).
The whole process is based on the three firm phases by independent channels of measurement. It can easily measure the dampness dew point at the presence of previously condensed impurities, including glycols, methanol, supreme hydrocarbons and hydrocarbon dew-point at the existence of formerly condensed moisture. It several times increased in the sensitivity in comparison with analyzer CONG-Prima-4. It enables you to increase the accuracy of the dew point measurement. It can work more stable in the real conditions and measure the best stability to contamination in comparison with analyzer CONG-Prima-4. Its performance is confirmed by tests. Automatic registration of condensation on the surface of the chilled mirror is based on the interferometric method and employs the total refraction effect.
