Thermocouple cable / PVC-sheathed / multi-pair - max. 105 °C | xxX series
OMEGA Common extension types of wire are transformed into common multipair cables. The conductor is blanketed with a polyvinyl shell that is a modest 0.38 mm (0.015") thick and the pairs are twisted individually. After that, Mylar clear tape is used to embrace the the clusters of twisted pairs. A strong drain wire is placed over the bundle, which is then covered with a aluminum style Mylar tape to act as a static electro shield.

The drain wire offers basic mechanical termination for the shield and the jacket of polyvinyl measuring 1.1 mm (0.045") thick is then used as a cover.
