QS30H2O is a water level sensor designed to detect the presence of water in various applications. The components are electro-optical and of the finest quality, being tuned to the absorption band of water in the infrared spectrum.

The device works by emitting an infrared light able to penetrate various surfaces, including glass and plastic jars, but it will not work for materials such as cardboard, metal and wood.
