Speed monitoring system - 0.1 - 99 Hz | MOC3SA series
Designed by SICK, these safety controllers offer zero speed and drive monitoring and have 4 safe semiconductor outputs. The maximum input frequency is 2 kHz and there are 2 application diagnostic outputs for failure and status display. There are three models: PL e (EN ISO 13849), SIL 3 (IEC 61508) and SILCL 3 (EN 62061). The safety controllers have diagnostic LEDs and an adjustable monitoring limit/frequency of 0.5 to 99 Hz or 0.1 to 9.9 Hz.The safety controllers are easy to commission by just using a screwdriver, they have an additional HTL encoder interface, a tool backup using the Flexi Classic Configurator and Flexi Soft Designer, and the cascading of multiple axes is possible.
They use zero speed monitoring for access monitoring and they safely limit speed in the maintenance mode.
