The simple and user-friendly safety controllers uses residual voltage measurements for standstill monitoring. The device features 3 normally open and 1 normally closed positively guided safety contacts. It also features 2 application diagnostic outputs for semiconductors, 1 application diagnostic output for converter, PL e (EN ISO 13849-1), SIL3 (IEC61508), SILCL 3 (EN62061), 690 V maximum voltage supply, adjustable voltage threshold and standstill period.The device offers several benefits such as quick mounting and installation without any additional wiring requirements. The device offers simple commissioning with a screwdriver and an easy retrofit as the mounting of sensors is not needed. The controllers finds several applications including monitoring of machine drives, door release following standstill detection and unlocking of hazardous areas
