The Wheel Incremental Transducer WPT is an incremental wheel pulse transducer which is used for the acquisition of wheel rotation as well as the calculation of wheel speed, vehicle speed and the distance traveled. The WPT sensor is used in various measurements including wheel slip measurement, ABS testing, acceleration and braking tests, and measurement of the difference between wheel speeds when using more than one wheel pulse transducer, as with all-terrain vehicles.
