LP D-TEK Vehicle Loop Detector,designed by EMX Industries Inc. is useful for vehicle detection and low power consumption. The unit's operation in both fail safe and fail secure modes, its low current consumption is ideal for solar applications, door operators and requires smaller solar panels that reduce the cost. The unit has features like uilt-in loop conditioner, aluminum RF shield housing, loop diagnostics, frequency counter, gold plated control contacts and 2 relays,it has reduced total cost of ownership. Furthermore, its serial resistance varies in between leads that must be less than 5 Ohms. The unit's lead wires should be twisted at least 6 turns per foot (0.305m).
