Position switch with safety function - HLS 100
Hydacs' HLS 100 is a customer-specific OEM product for large series and it has been developed to observe the limit position of safety oriented devices on mobile machinery. It is composed of sensor magnets and sensor component, which detects the position of the magnets and sends an ON and OFF switching status. The switching status is an output of a permanent PWM signal. The switches are designed for regular use in safety circuits and safety functions of machines. During a normal operation, the position switch cyclically carry out internal diagnostic steps which are needed to identify systematic and random errors.
