CMOS laser displacement sensor - 1 024 px, 300 - 4 000 Hz | L-GAGE LH series

L-GAGE LH Series, known for its high accuracy and velocity, is a non-contact laser measurement sensor that offer firm and precise displacement or density measurement on rubber, wood, ceramic, metal and plastic parts.

It uses a 1024 pixel CMOS linear imager with high resolution 4-20 mA or RS-485 serial communication outputs.

Additionally,it consists of a precise thin laser spot for easy targeting and provides dependable measurements on practical targets (e.g. paper, machined metal, ceramic, wood and painted targets).

This series has a non-contact measurement for moving processes,mushy and sticky parts, machined parts and hot parts- without any additional regulator required. It comes along with two sensors, self-synchronized for density calculation and measurement within the sensors.

The BANNER L-GAGE Q50 Series with Analogue output requires 15 to 30 Vdc power supply and, banking on the model, it produces a 4 to 20 mA or a 0 to 10 Vdc analogue output. Some red models can sense from 50 to 150 mm or 100 to 300 mm, while infrared models can sense from either 50 to 200 mm or 100 to 400 mm. The TEACH mode is accessible through a push button feature that allows configuration for custom sensing windows. For increased safety and comfort, the BANNER L-GAGE Q50 Series comes with remote programming and configuration. Also, the output reaction time can be set from 4 to 64 ms, and sensor linearity is <1% of full scale.
