Luminescence detector / with digital display - max. 700 mm | UVX-600G-C

The UVX model is manufactured by EMX Industries, and is a luminescence sensor that detects the aspect of luminescent components such as grease, glue, labels, wood, thread, rubber, paint, UV ink, UV crayon, and more. It is also economical and more reliable than vision systems.

There is a numerical display where the intensity of each reading can be seen. It has a feature in both auto-teach and manual calibration. It can be easily used by low-skill operators, but can still be finely tuned.

The unit can be adjusted with its UV light projection and high resolution that permits pin-head size detection. It is also the smallest and the fastest luminescence sensor with both analog and discrete output, auto-detect for PNP and NPN.
