The UVX-100 is a luminescence sensor manufactured by EMX Industries. It is suitable for detecting luminescent materials like grease, glue, labels, wood, thread, rubber, paint, UV ink and crayon.The sensor is equipped with a digital display showing the intensity of every reading, and guarantees easy process refining and hysteresis. It features auto-teach and manual calibration to ensure easy operation for low-skill users, complete with fine tuning. A pin-head size detection is possible by adjusting the UV light projection and high resolution. The spectral sensitivity of the unit ranges from 400 to 700 nm.
The UVX-100 ensures quick and convenient integration by offering both analog and discrete output, and auto-detect for PNP/NPN. It utilizes a patented technology to provide more reliability in manufacturing processes.
