Capacitive proximity sensor - M18 - M30, 2 - 40 mm, IO-Link | KG, KI, KQ series
These capacitive sensors were developed to detect bulk materials or liquids through non-metallic vessel walls. They have been designed with a data processor, and easy parameter settings. Units are flexible, and offer an upgraded IO-Link which normally opens and closes freely, and indicates the switching status. These sensors also are both simply and easily installed with the provided mounting adapters and cable ties. Ideal uses for these sensors include the semiconductor, paper and wood industries. Parameters for the sensors can be programmed using the buttons on the sensor or through the IO-Link by using the optional USB interface E30396 or a memory plug. These innovative capacitive sensors use a standard M12 cable to transfer process data, parameters and diagnostic information to a connected IO-Link master.
