The HR Series, manufactured by Optika Microscopes, is a hand refractometer that is designed for efficient and rapid measurement of liquid and semi-solid samples. It has a resolution of 0.1% Brix and measuring capacity of 0-18% Brix. This is used for food applications including processed food, sugar solutions, starch, and beverages.
