The AQ6373 Optical Spectrum Analyzer is a high-speed device intended for short wavelengths in range from 350nm and 1200nm and represents the newest member of the AQ6370line of products. It can be used in a variety of applications such as development and manufacturing of short wavelength lasers, passive devices and LEDs as well as a range of applications that use these devices such as biomedical, material processing, consumer product and telecommunications markets. It is equipped with an integrated color analyzer and can be remotely connected to the AQ6315 series in order to provide it's users with a considerable speed and performance improvements.
