Terahertz detector / with pyroelectric sensor - 0.1 - 30 THz | THZ-D series

Pyroelectric-based THz detectors can be used at room temperature. They can have a standalone head with on-board electronics or have T-Rad meter and a separate sensor. There is also a small, discrete terahertz detector in TO5/TO8 packages. The relative measurements are from 0.1 to 30 THz. They are less expensive because of the use of broadband, and room temperature operation.
