The ADCMT 8471 uses helium as reference wavelength and retains the Michelson interferometer method, providing an excellent accuracy in terms of measurement. This new remarkable device features high-resolution and highly accurate measurements of emission center frequencies of laser diodes for DWDM. The 8471 has the capability to provide a high sampling rate of 10 times per second, and it is suitable for oscillation wavelength adjustment. In addition, its deviation display function permits the wavelength difference to be measured.
