Combining the measurements and analysis of magnetic fields, vibrations and acoustics into one compact, easy to operate system, Spicer Consultings SC11 is the simplest way to gain accurate usable data from site surveys for SEMs and similar sensitive equipment.
Based on a laptop computer and operating under Windows XP/Vista/7, the Spicer Consulting analysis system has revolutionised site surveys, becoming standard equipment for electron microscope and electron beam lithography instrument vendors and consultants. Fitting neatly into a carry case, the system is accurate, easy to operate with the minimum of training and produces results displayed graphically in a truly user friendly form.
The release of the USB connected SC11 hardware allows even more versatility with 20kHz bandwidth, allowing measurement of fields from wafer transport robots in the latest wafer fabs. The USB SC11 Sensor Interface system now allows 2 magnetic sensors to be attached and monitored at the same time, essential for the new generation of TEMs with their requirements for minimal field gradients along the column.
