The A4400 - VA4 Pro is a unique instrument for machinery vibration diagnostics. The A4400 - VA4 Pro includes modules for analysing, data collecting and the recording of vibration signals. The instrument is enhanced by modules for dynamic balancing, measurement of run up and cost down, acoustic measurement mode, monitoring and control of lubrication process and listening to vibration signals by the stethoscope feature. The instrument is equipped with an expert system developed by Adash, that automatically detects machinery faults.The A4400 - VA4 Pro is designed for engineers, technicians and researchers dealing with machinery and structural diagnostics as well as dynamic balancing of rotating machinery. The expert system includes ISO 10816-3 and bearing database. It has FFT 25 600 line data processing in real time. The frequency span is up to 76,8 kHz. Other than that that it enables envelope analysis, order analysis and ACMT- very low speed bearing analysis. The frequency bands are user defined. The industrial design comes in a heavy duty aluminum case with a large color display. It enables high-speed data transfer with USB 2.0.
