Adash 4201 is used to identify bearing condition, lubrication and mechanical defects in a machine. It is a portable, fully digital, balancing and vibration analyzer for on-line measurements and data storing. Diagnostics can be applied at the level of measurement overall values, FFT analyses and time signal measurement. It enables detection of occurring defect with detailed analysis and precise specification. Usage for single and two plane machine balancing and for run-up and run-out measurements is possible. Ease of operation makes it suitable for both experienced users and beginners if used with DDS 2007 database and expert system. It further more supports A4000 Download software. Evaluation of the machine deflection shapes is possible on usage with MDS 5.00 user software.
