CR-5 is a versatile colorimeter in laboratories and is used to measure the color of solid, liquid or granular samples that are either in transmittance or reflective form. The newly developed concept is available in a variety of aperture sizes, allowing measurement of almost all kinds of samples regardless of their size and state. CR-5 is considered to be an all-rounded laboratory instrument that is ideal for measuring the color of foods, chemicals, flavors, fragrances, plastic products and pharmaceuticals. It works in a standalone environment. The extensive firmware and huge color screen with specific indices help in measuring transparent liquids that include - Iodine, Gardner, Hazen and US Pharmacopoeia. Besides this, there are numerous indices available with additional SpectraMagic NX.
