Inspection system
The Easyour unit is an instrument used for finding grinding defects on springs. It is a patented system equipped with two cameras, suited for grinding machines in identifying defects on the top and bottom ends of springs. The tool's cameras are placed on top and below its rotating disc. It is provided with a two-way sorter used for segregating good and faulty springs. The model is capable of analyzing 6000 springs per hour, and managed by means of two touchscreen panels. This device is operated by a software that permits setting of tolerances, and configuration of the ROI analysis. Creation of modified programs and statistics archives are also allowed in this device.
