Benchtop 3D optical measurement device - VHX-S15 series
The KEYENCE VHX-S15 is a comprehensive 3-D profile calculation device. It is capable of automatic scaling and calibration, features a topographical color overlay, and displays simple and successful 3-D profile calculations on-screen. It also incorporates an accurate motor stage, and is capable of a 0.05 micron resolution stepping motor. When combined with other KEYENCE devices, it is capable of providing near-perfect 3-D profiles.
