During the production control within restricted tolerance limits the operator is provided with the necessary information about fluctuations in thickness or deviations from nominal values to ensure a high quality standard through quick adjustment of the production process.
The Thickness Measurement System can transfer all data to an automatic process control system or a press control. With the Thickness Measurement System times for product changes or run-in times can be reduced and rejects minimised.
