Food oil sensor - CAPSens 5000 Series
The CAPSens 5000 is a food oil sensor manufactured by C-CIT. It is suitable for use in controlling food oil in the kitchen.The sensor measures the polar compounds in the oil on the basis of dielectric constant. It allows oil to be changed at the right moment to save acquisition costs, and provide high quality of products. The measured values are transferred to a PC.
