Double metal sheet detector / non-contact / two-sensor - I100
The I100 is a non-contact dual-head double metal sheet detector. The dual head sensors are the transmitter and receiver. This device is suited for fluttering sheets. The easy set up can be done by a key operation or via the control input. This sheet detector consists of an LCD display that shows the visualization of nominal, current values, operational, error messages and key allocation. It is enclosed in a compact design for its DIN-rail mounting. The equipment is protected by IP00 class.The device uses dual head and double sheet control as its measuring method. This series incorporates 1 measurement program placed on the memory storage. The switching threshold is 85% and 115% of the nominal value of the series. The series comes with different variants, the I100-IP65 and I100-S-WI.
