Pneumatic force test bench - 500 lbf | TT series
The TT series is a tensile pneumatic tester. The device is used to measure the breaking strength of electrical leads, terminals, connectors, wire wraps, etc in places where intrinsic safety is needed. The tester is operated by a clean and dry air with a 160 psig maximum air pressure. As a requirement for crimped and solder lugs, the tester meets the MIL-T-7928 (ASG). The device can be used in tensile or compression testing. Due to its rapid test speed, it can be applicable to production line testing, incoming inspection testing or R&D laboratory.The test stroke of the series is 6 inches. The speed can be controlled as low as 0.1 inch per minute. The series can be mounted to the Chatillon DF Series force gauges.
