Compression testing machine - BOGIE PORTAL
The Bogie Portal is a compression testing machine developed by Easydur Italiana. It is mainly used for railway bogies. The unit is supplied with 20+20 tonnes fixed crossbar for compression tests, and 2 electric or hydraulic pressers with optional chasse test device. It is equipped with 1200 to 3000 mm presser center distance, 500 mm maximum electric axle stroke, 2000 mm working test height, 0.005 mm minimum division, 4000 mm working test width, 50+50 mm chase offset, and 1000 Hz data acquisition speed.
The system also comes with possibility of inserting load cells to check the force on the wheel axles, possibility of performing tests on railway springs using a suitable support, possibility of performing fatigue tests with the hydraulic system, and manual or automatic opening of the pressers.
In addition, the framework has 6120 mm x 5200 mm x 3964 mm dimensions and kN 200 maximum load capacity.
