Rockwell hardness tester - Max.980.7 N HR-150A
The HR-150A Rockwell Hardness Tester consists of a micrometer gauge with manual zero setting. A direct reading of 1 unit and of 0.2 Rockwell units is allowed through the device's 108mm dial, which can come with either a Rockwell standard or a superficial scale.The load in the device may be selected through an ergonomically placed knob on the right side of the instrument. A lever on the same side allows the manual operation of tests, as long as the pre-load application on the dial gauge is entered and scale is set to zero. The descent speed of unloading can be configured by the operator through a knob on the lower left side of the instrument.
The tester is effective in measuring the hardness of hard metals, carburized steels, quenched steels, and the like.
