The LK V-R, manufactured by Nikon, is a rail attached bridge that features a ceramic material construction and ensures 300% enhanced toughness compared to aluminium. This device is intended for excessively large machines having an accuracy and twin drive systems for sleek operation. It is reliable due to its large scale CMM that has a peculiar I section combined ceramic beam on twin rails.

The LK V-R serves all large size inspection jobs in heavy, automotive, and aerospace industries. It has raised gantry versions to match all component handling tasks. Measurement range for its extended rail length is 10 m. Furthermore, it has an available separate measuring plate that is made by request.
