Heat treatment fluidized bath - 50 - 700 °C | FB-08C
The FB-08C Precision fluidised bath features excellent thermal stability, uniformity and an automatic airflow control, making it ideal for safe and highly accurate shape setting (heat treatment processing) of Stents from Nitinol wire. This unit also features RS-232 communication interface, enabling remote temperature control from a remote location, when the bath operates without direct supervision. In addition, the automated fluidising air control system, maintains the adequate air flow rate for the bath's set temperature. This model also allows for a dead bed state to be programmed, when the application requires ultra stable temperature conditions, switching off the air and electrical supply to the bath, creating no heat input and low temperature loss conditions, turning the fluidized bed into an isothermal mass.
