DNA LoBind Plates mainly caters to assessment of DNA/RNA samples, forensic trace analysis, evaluating dilution series in quantitative qPCR, sample preparation in next-generation sequencing and creation of genomic or oligonucleotide libraries. It enables recovery of nucleic acids by limiting its assimilation to the tube wall. It is designed with nil surface coating like silicone which contributes to the risk of sample contamination. It adapts to polypropylene-oriented technologies which reassures practically 100% recovery of DNA/RNA molecules. This device is Lot-tested and certified free of DNA, DNAase, RNase and PCR inhibitors.
