MAG III MagneDrive agitator makes use of rare earth magnets to allow packless blending at great speed where the fluids have high viscosity . It operates at Continuous, high speed which does not shut down in mid-reaction to change failed packing. The outer rotating magnet which is connected with a motor employs strong attractive force to rotate the inner magnet which results in rotating the shaft. The adulteration free mixing design helps in avoiding shaft packing. To avoid friction lubrication is needed. It is well packed system with no leakage which allows even very sensitive fluids to go through the process.
