Bypass filter / for liquids - BPU1A
The RMF Systems BPU1A is the most commonly used By-pass filter in the range, it is suited for most mobile machinery. The filter unit consists of a single filter housing with element and a base mounted manifold. The manifold carries an integrated pressure compensated flow control valve which is factory set, a by-pass valve for when the element is blocked, a pressure gauge for indication of element saturation and two testpoints for on or off-line sampling.The manifold offers a choice of connection ports for both pressure line and tank line, to suit mounting in most positions.
The design of the filter housing offers mounting rails on all four sides of the housing allowing simple installation on any machine. If required, a range of optional mounting brackets are offered. The By-pass filter is suited for system pressures of up to 420 bar, minimum supply is 12 bar.
