Magnetic filter / for liquids - DLR series

"DLR magnetic separators are employed in the treatment of liquids which contain ferrous parts and for the cleansing of integral cutting oils.

The deferrization takes place through a radial polarity magnetic roller immersed inside the product which attracts the ferrous particles present in it.

The ferrous particles is removed from the system by a scraper connected to a chute, the slope of which is designed to ensure maximum discharge efficiency. The simple construction and the choice of materials make the deferizzatore "DLR" maintenance-free.

The magnetic iron removers "DLR" consist of:

Structure entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304.
Magnetic roller equipped with ferrite magnets and composed by nucleuses in soft iron and low carbon content.
Geared motor mounted outside the structure.
APPLICATIONS:

Grinding
Centers
Hardening lines

Filter tube - ø 5 - 12.7 mm

More than three decades of experience have made Berghof the expert in manufacturing tubular membranes.

We manufacture high quality, asymmetrical, organic UF and MF tubular membranes made from PES and PVDF onto single and dual layer supports.
We manufacture our tubular membranes in a variety of membrane tube diameters and cut-offs from high quality polymers for numerous filtration tasks.
Berghof tubular membranes are reliable in operation at favorable operating costs.

Filter tube - ø 5 - 11.5 mm

Our extensive and continually developing product portfolio comprising standardized, high quality tubular modules permits optimal performance.
Tubular modules from Berghof are successfully applied for filtration of low to high viscosity media with a high solids content.
Our high quality tubular modules with membranes made of a variety of polymers, in various membrane diameters and pore sizes reliably solve any filtration task.

Bypass filter / for liquids - BPU05

The RMF Systems BPU05 is the smallest By-pass filter in the range. Due to its size, it is particularly suited for use in mobile machinery where there is little mounting space. The filter unit consists of a filter housing with element and a base mounted manifold. The manifold carries an integrated pressure compensated flow control valve which is factory set, a by-pass valve for when the element is blocked, a pressure gauge for indication of element saturation and two testpoints for on- or off-line sampling.
The manifold offers a choice of connection ports for both pressure line and tank line, to suit mounting in most positions.
The design of the filter housing offers mounting rails on all four sides of the housing allowing simple installation on any machine. If required, a range of optional mounting brackets are offered. The By-pass filter is suited for system pressures of up to 420 bar, minimum supply is 12 bar.

Bypass filter / for liquids - BPU2A

The RMF Systems BPU2A is the largest By-pass filter in the range, it is suited for larger mobile machinery, with large oil volumes. The filter unit consists of a double filter housing with two elements and two base mounted manifolds. The two manifolds carry an integrated pressure compensated flow control valve which is factory set, a by-pass valve for when the element is blocked, a pressure gauge for indication of element saturation and two testpoints for on or off-line sampling.

Bypass filter / for liquids - BPUW1A

The RMF Systems BPUW1A is a By-pass filter specially designed for mobile machinery with excessive water contamination. The filter unit consists of a single filter housing with element and a base mounted manifold. The manifold carries a by-pass valve for when the element is blocked, a pressure gauge for indication of element saturation and two testpoints for on or off-line sampling. As a pre-filter a water absorbing spin on element is fitted to remove most of the water contamination, the pressure compensated flow control valve is fitted to the inlet port of the spin-on filter.
The By-pass filter is suited for system pressures of up to 420 bar, minimum supply is 12 bar.

The BPUW1A By-pass filter can accomodate a range of elements, such as the commonly used 30HB cellulose element (beta2=2300) with renowned Dirt Holding Capacity and water retention. Other choices are 1 and 3 micron fiber glass elements and a 5 micron fibre glass combi element with very large water absorbing capacity

Bypass filter / for liquids - max. 35 l | BPL

The RMF Systems BPL1A is the most commonly used low pressure Bypass filter. It is suited for diesel engines with oil sumps of up to 35 liter. The filter unit consists of a single cylindrical filter housing with element and mounting bracket.
The base of the filter incorporates the inlet (1/4" BSP female) and outlet (1/4" BSP female) ports. The outlet port has an internal orifice of 1,5 mm to prevent excessive oil flow bleeding from the main lube system and causing lubrication problems.
Oil supply for the filter is normally taken (as a by-pass connection) from the engine oil pressure sensor. The return oil is fed back (pressureless) to the sump.
The maximum supply pressure to the low presure By-pass filter may never exceed 6 bar.
